Cancellation Policy

The following ensures that the staff at Revive Human Performance can sufficiently prepare for your appointment! Please let us know if you have any questions. Booking Policy No Same-Day Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled at least one day in advance. Same-day bookings are not permitted. Booking Confirmation: Your appointment will only be confirmed once you have received an email or message confirming your booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will be noted on the client's account. More than three late cancellations may incur a fee, at the practitioner’s discretion. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 12 hours' notice and is subject to availability. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the appointment duration may be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in being charged the full cost of the session, unless otherwise noted by the practitioner. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.
